Top 5 Shopping Booths at The Makeup Show LA

I’m so thrilled to be attending The Makeup Show LA this year! I was unable to attend last year, so I’m determined not to miss this fab event twice in a row. It lands smack dab on my birthday, and what better way to celebrate than with a day of makeup and education!

If you don’t know what The Makeup Show is, it is the largest pro-only makeup event in the United States. The Makeup Show offers two days of shopping, networking, education, and workshops.

As I’m making out my shopping lists, there are so many items that I want and / or need. It’s hard to trim my list to be financially feasible for me, but I’m trying.

These are my top 5 booths that won’t be cut from my list:

Nigel Beauty Emporium
I have to stop by this booth for one reason: Cozzette Brushes. These are some of my favorite brushes! They are fluffy, soft and apply products like a dream.

Naime’s posted a photo to their Instagram of beautiful Lise Watier matte liquid lipsticks, and I’m hoping they carry them at the show. I’ve never tried Lise Watier but I’ve heard their products are amazing quality.

Kat Von D Beauty
I COULD NOT believe Kat Von D was on the list. I love her beauty products and if they sell them at a pro discount at the show, I’ll be stocking up! And probably grab a few pieces for my like-minded sister.

Ve Neill Brushes
Ve created a brush set in collaboration with Crown Brushes and I’m dying to check them out. Her artistry is exceptional, and she is such a nice person all around.

Besame Cosmetics
Besame has a range of brightening face powders that look very interesting – Brightening Violet, Brightening Vanilla and Brightening French Vanilla. I’m always on the hunt for great finishing and setting powders, so I want to pick up one and give it a try. Plus, I love the old glam look of this line.

There are so many other booths I’m excited to visit as well. Even if I don’t buy from other booths (let’s see how that goes!), there are a number of products I’ve been wanting to swatch, touch, or take a look at: Glamcor lighting, Zuca makeup bags, Face Atelier foundations, and MUFE everything.
