Currently Obsessed with: Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust in Copper Element

Napoleon Perdis Copper Element Loose Eyeshadow

To say that I like Napoleon Perdis products is saying it lightly. I recently took a trip to Napoleon Perdis Concept Store in Hollywood and picked up some brand new goodies to try, one of which I fell deeply in love with: Copper Element Loose Eye Dust.

Loose Eye Dusts are highly pigmented eyeshadows that come in an array of about 24 shades. Copper Element is a beautiful metallic and shimmery copper, which goes great with my warm complexion. When the light hits this eyeshadow just right, it sparkles and glows.

Napoleon Perdis Copper Element Loose Eyeshadow Side ViewI love loose eyeshadows, but I don’t like the mess they can make, which is why I usually never purchase them unless they are absolutely gorgeous. Loose Eye Dust canisters have a unique sifter that dispenses enough eye makeup for one eye at a time. Close the jar, give it a shake, open it back up and more product is dispensed. It reduces possible spill and over pour. I do find that two clicks are not enough for my eyes, so I usually do three.

Napoleon Perdis Copper Element Loose Eyeshadow SwatchThis pretty bronze-copper color looks best when applied over primer, and gives your eyes a big POW when applied wet. I have better results and less fallout when I pat this color on instead of sweeping it over my lid.

Although I’m not crazy about spending $25 on a loose eyeshadow, there are a couple other colors I plan to pick up next time I’m in Hollywood. Somebody stop me!!

What do you think of this shade? Would you wear it?
