Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant

Say hello to my everyday facial scrub: Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. “Everyday”  and “facial scrub” don’t usually go together with my oily face, but Daily Microfoliant is so light that my face almost welcomes it.

Daily Microfoliant is Dermalogica’s best selling product. This product was created about 13 years ago after Dermalogica founder visited Japan and noticed how bright and supple the hands were of the women working with rice crops.

Daily Microfoliant also contains a mix of salicylic acid with its rice enzymes, which helps to remove dead skin cells. The green tea, ginkgo and collodial oatmeal in this product help to soothe and calm skin. There are no artificial colors or fragrances, and even though my skin is not sensitive, I like to know that.

Use this daily after your regular cleanser or Dermalogica prescribed cleanser. It’s easy to over-pour, so be careful. Just a small shake gives you enough for your entire face.

Dermalogica is hosting Face Mapping events all over the country! Face Mapping is Dermalogica’s zone-by-zone analysis of your skin, finding out exactly what your skin needs and wants. Visit a local event to receive a 5-10 minute consultation with a licensed skin care professional. They’ll allow you to get to know your skin better and recommend products best suited for your skin type for your healthiest and most radiant skin yet. If you attend and #shareyourmap through social media, you’ll also score a chance to win a prescribed skin care regimen worth up to $250! Find their next stop at

Everyone says this is brilliant, but it’s *so* expensive! Crazy amounts of money.

$52 can be costly, but I think they have small trial sizes you can buy for a lot less.
